After two days with no dolphins, they made more than up for it today…on the pictures you see Osho with a very characteristic nick in his dorsal fin. He’s one of the young males who live further out in the bay and only visit the beach occasionally.
Male dolphins leave their mothers when they’re about four years old and then form male alliances with other young males, usually half- brothers or cousins. They only reach sexual maturity at the age of twelve. So they have all the time in the world to play and chase after each other – and that’s what they were doing today.
